Yesterday Julian brought the kids over so we went to lunch at Jeffries. I had a hamburger and a chocolate shake. After lunch Julian took me home so I could take a nap, but he took the kids to a carnival at one of the churches in Menlo Park. In the evening I watched Folk Music Rewind on PBS and read some more on my Kindle. I turned in early and had a good sleep. I feel good this morning. I may even start cleaning up the chocolate Ensure that I spilled a few days ago.

I went to bed after Charlie Rose last night and had a good sleep. I feel good this morning, the best I have felt in several days. Last night I read some more of the new Cave Bear book on my Kindle. This morning at breakfast I spilled about half of a chocolate Ensure on the rug by the table, so now I have another clean up job to keep me busy for a while.

Last night I went to the movies with Larry and Judi. We saw A Double Hour, an Italian thriller with subtitles. It was a depressing film with everyone double crossing everyone else. I give it 3 stars. I had a good sleep last night, and I feel good again today. I can’t even remember how many days it has been since I vomited.

I just got back from meeting Helen and Jim at Starbucks for the first time in a month. Helen has been sick with Pneumonia and I have been sick too. It was nice to see them again. I also went to Safeway and to CVS to pick up a couple of prescriptions. I feel good today. I had a good sleep last night.

I feel pretty good this morning. I had a good sleep last night after Charlie Rose. I have not vomited for several days now. I forgot to mention yesterday that I finished reading The Economist on Sunday. Yesterday I read some more on my Kindle. I think our recent series of rainy days is over now.

I had a nice phone call from Andrine this morning. Joe’s Alzheimer's is getting her down. We agreed that old age is the pits. I went to bed after Charlie Rose last night and had a good sleep. I feel pretty good this morning. Last night I watched a Netflix DVD of the movie Miami Blues with Alex Baldwin and Jenifer Jason Leigh. I think it was made in about 1989. I had seen it before, but I had forgotten most of it. I give it 3.8 stars. I also read some more of the new Cave Bear book on my Kindle.

Yesterday Julian brought Beech and Annie over. We watched part if The Blindside and then Julian took the kids swimming in my pool. I watched. Afterward we went to Una Mas for dinner. Julian took a burrito home for Vanessa. I Watched the end of Les Miserables again after 60-Minutes was over. I had a good sleep last night and feel good today. I am catching up on a few things around the condo.
