I met Helen and Jim at Starbuck’s yesterday. It was nice to see them again after missing them for a few weeks. In the afternoon I did a load of laundry. For the rest of the day I read some more of my Wilbur Smith book on my Kindle. Because there is no Charlie Rose on Saturday, I turned in early and had a good sleep. I feel good today. I just measured my blood pressure, and it was 130/75 with a heart rate of 67, which I all pretty good.
