As usual on Sundays, yesterday I watched three NFL games. In the morning I watched the 49ers beat the Redskins. In the afternoon Joshua came over and brought sandwiches watched the Raiders blow their game against Denver. In the evening I watched Baltimore come from behind to beat Pittsburgh in Sunday Night Football. After the game I watched a good spy story called P”age 8” on Masterpiece on PBS. My blood pressure today is 100/67 with a heart rate of 69, so I am in good shape. I feel good today.
