Yesterday I worked some more on my memoirs, read some more of The Economist, and watched 24 with Josh in the evening. All in all a nice quiet day at home.

- I am a retired physicist. My wife Sally died five years ago, in November 2003. I have five children and ten grandchildren. I was the second of five children. I was born in Alabama, and I have lived in Arkansas, Tennessee, South Carolina, Illinois, New York, California, Maryland, and Alaska.
