Yesterday I read some more on my Kindle and watched the Raiders beat San Diego in a very good game on Thursday night Football. I also watched the Sharks beat Minnesota 3-1 in another very good game. Joshua was at the Sharks game again, so he did not watch with me. He will join me again to watch the 49ers Sunday afternoon. My blood pressure today is 143/78 with a heart rate of 58. I feel good today.
